It's amazing to see the transformation in women with whom I work, even after a few short weeks of practice as a woman begins to recognize her beauty more fully as she taps into her strength as well as her softness. Often I will work with a client to help her establish a regular home practice. This way, she can practice every morning, on her own, either before work or before getting the kids off to school. A daily practice can be short, 10 or 15 minutes, a time to reconnect with her breath and her true nature. What's essential is to practice regularly and consistently.
